Review and Analysis of Agent-Based Models in Biology

Abstract

This report provides a brief review of several reports of agent-based models in biology. The models are assessed against eleven relevant criteria. This work was completed while the author was a student intern in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Liverpool, during summer 2007.
